# SDF FORM, BLANK WITH STAMP & SIGNATURE.

# VISA, GSP OR NEGATIVE DECLERATION, AS REQUIRED.

# LETTER FROM BANK. [ANNEXTURE II] FOR NEW EXPORTERS.

# PAN COPY.

# IEC CODE COPY.

# SHIPPING BILL COPY OF THE LAST EXPORT IN 6 MONTHS.

 IN CASE OF DUTY DRAWBACK.

 # PNB A/C. NO AT IGI AIRPORT BRANCH.

# DRAWBACK SERIAL NUMBER

# WEIGHT / LENGTH OF DRAWBACK FABRIC
